A Contemporary Irish Culinary Experience

Join us for an unforgettable evening of live culinary entertainment featuring Chef Juan and Celebrity Chef Petrina. This special Live Cooking Show will highlight Contemporary Irish cuisine, combining storytelling, technique, and a multi-course tasting in an intimate theater-style setting.

Chef Petrina has appeared on **Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay and Yes, Chef! and currently serves as the Head Chef at the Governor’s Residence. Together with Chef Juan, she’ll guide guests through the inspiration, ingredients, and techniques behind each dish while cooking live.

Guests will enjoy theater-style seating and a guided tasting menu, featuring:

• Pearl Barley Salad with beetroot, fennel, and pine nuts
• Savory Cabbage Roll with potato farl and marrow gravy
• A featured dessert by Celebrity Chef Petrina

Throughout the evening, the chefs will share professional tips, culinary insights, and the stories behind the dishes—making this a truly immersive food experience.


Arrival & Bar Service

Guests are welcome to arrive early at Railspur if they would like to enjoy cocktails before the event.

The cooking show itself will take place in the West Edge theater seating space, where beer and wine will be available for purchase during the event.

Please plan to arrive at the West Edge location 15 minutes before the event begins so seating can begin smoothly.


Parking Information

Parking will be most convenient in the gravel lot located across from West Edge if you are going straight to the cooking set, it provides the closest access to the event entrance. If you are stopping by Railspur first to enjoy a cocktail, feel free to park at the Railspur parking and walk over to West Edge at your convenience.
