The wood fire will burn but the memory of this night will remain etched in your heart as Chef Seth Stefanik strikes the match on this five course wood fire themed Chef’s Table event.  Explore New Age Mountain Man cuisine as Seth curates this tasting menu with his memories of being a young chef in Jackson and secluded Alaska as he brings these remnants to help create a culinary identity right here in his hometown of Cheyenne Wyoming. Focusing on cuts from Harding Ranch, some of Wyoming best beef, perfect cocktails to pair featuring Pine Bluffs distillery, and a “tall tale” or two consider yourself invited to “Wood fire, Whiskey, & Wyoming on October 5th. 7PM-10PM
