Witness Chef Juan’s passion as he takes on the Hanukkah kitchen. He will build and shake the festive Olive Oil Gin Sour cocktail and reveal the secret to perfectly crisp, Duck Fat Potato Latkes. You’ll then savor a multi-course menu crafted by the Railspur team, featuring a spectacular fork-tender Braised Lamb Shank with roasted carrots and parsnips, and the traditional sweet joy of Sufganiyah (Jelly Doughnuts).
