Welcome to the, "West Edge Dinner Club" series.  This "Underground" themed dinner club was created as a 2nd act to The Railspur movement as well as a celebration of elevated culinary and libation experiences to take place right here in the West Edge District of Cheyenne.  West Edge Dinner Vol. 1: Wood Fire, Whiskey, & Wyoming The wood fire will burn but the memory of this night will remain etched in your heart as Chef Seth Stefanik strikes the match on this five course wood fire themed Chef's Table event.  Explore New Age Mountain Man cuisine as Seth curates this tasting menu with his memories of being a young chef in Jackson and secluded Alaska as he brings these remnants to help create a culinary identity right here in his hometown of Cheyenne Wyoming. Focusing on cuts from Harding Ranch, some of Wyoming best beef, perfect cocktails to pair featuring Pine Bluffs distillery, and a "tall tale" or two consider yourself invited to "Wood fire, Whiskey, & Wyoming on October 5th. 7PM-10PM    

Small art exhibit featuring Jen Albert & other local artists. This mini art show organized by Jen Albert, showcases art made by local children, friends & herself. Shop or watch art happen before your eyes with a drink in hand and live music.  Food will be available for purchase from Los Conejos & Railspur.

Railspur bartender Jen (the one with the mohawk) wanted to find a way to utilize her bartending skills beyond a tasty cocktail, she wanted to give back. Here is how it works, on  Wishful Wednesday Jen and other bartenders get behind a non-profit and donate their tips to the chosen good cause. Alongside that Railspur offers raffles and special drinks to match the funds raised. Join us for a bite, a beer, and a great cause.

West Edge Dinner Vol. 2-:Dia De Los Muertos Ofrenda. Celebrate indigenous Mexican culture with Seth and Juan with this 5 course Chef's Table experience dedicated to Dia De Los Muertos. Each dish, a special interpretation of Mexican cuisine and culture paired with trending ingredients sourced locally and straight from the heart of Mexico. What's missing, oh yeah, Tequila, paired tequila/mezcal forward cocktails as well as a tequila tasting for a night you will never remember, we mean forget.
